These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in programs offered by Gladych Business Consulting, LLC, doing business as Numenor Strategy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Numenor Strategy offers professional AI education programs delivered virtually via live sessions, recorded content, and online community platforms. Program-specific details — including schedule, format, deliverables, and any included benefits — are provided on the enrollment page for each program and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Your spot is not reserved until payment is processed successfully.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Numenor Strategy does not store your credit card or payment information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. For details on how your payment data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the nature of our programs — which include immediate access to proprietary materials, live instruction, and limited-capacity cohorts — all purchases are non-refundable. Please review all program details on the enrollment page before purchasing.
Numenor Strategy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any program due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, technical failures, or insufficient enrollment.
In the event of cancellation by Numenor Strategy, registered participants will receive a full refund. Numenor Strategy is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or lost wages.
If a program is rescheduled, participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.
Program access is granted to the individual who completed the purchase. Access credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared with, sold to, or used by any other person.
Registrations may not be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Numenor Strategy.
Numenor Strategy reserves the right to revoke access for any participant found sharing credentials or distributing program content.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and participate in any Numenor Strategy program.
Participation in our programs requires access to a paid AI subscription service. Supported platforms include Claude Pro (recommended), ChatGPT Plus, and Gemini Advanced. Numenor Strategy does not provide or subsidize AI subscription costs. You are responsible for setting up your account prior to your program start date.
For live virtual sessions, you will need a computer (desktop or laptop) with a reliable internet connection, Zoom installed and functioning, a web browser to access your AI platform, and audio capability to hear instruction.
Numenor Strategy is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end, including internet outages, software issues, or hardware failures.
Some programs require participants to complete preparation materials before the first session. Pre-work requirements and deadlines are communicated upon enrollment. Participants who do not complete required pre-work may not receive the full benefit of the program and are not entitled to a refund on that basis.
Live sessions may be recorded via Zoom or similar platforms for the benefit of enrolled participants. By participating in a live session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may capture your likeness, voice, screen share, and chat contributions.
Session recordings are provided to enrolled participants for personal, non-commercial use only. Numenor Strategy may also use recordings or excerpts in future course materials, marketing, and promotional content. For full details on our recording and media release policy, see our Disclaimer.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may turn off your camera and refrain from using audio, though this may limit your participation experience.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in live sessions, community platforms, and any other program interactions. This includes:
Numenor Strategy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
All program materials — including but not limited to presentations, templates, frameworks, recordings, written content, and course curriculum — are the intellectual property of Numenor Strategy and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from program materials without prior written consent from Numenor Strategy.
The AI systems, documents, and outputs you create during the program using our frameworks are yours to use and modify as you see fit for your own business purposes.
Numenor Strategy does not guarantee any specific business results from participation in any program. The effectiveness of AI systems, strategies, and skills taught depends on many factors, including your individual effort, business context, and market conditions.
Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or technology advice. You are responsible for evaluating how program content applies to your specific situation. See our Disclaimer for additional information.
Participation in any Numenor Strategy program is voluntary and at your own risk. Numenor Strategy, its instructors, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, whether in virtual or in-person settings.
In no event shall Numenor Strategy's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim. This limitation is in addition to, and does not limit, the general disclaimers set forth in our Disclaimer.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding your purchase or participation, please contact us at numenorstrategy.com/contact within 30 days. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is subject to their privacy practices.
Numenor Strategy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated to active participants via email. Your continued participation in a program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
