The Short Version
This website collects nothing from you. There are no forms, no analytics, and no advertising pixels, and we set no cookies. The pages we publish run no executable JavaScript. We do not know who visits, and we have no way to find out.
The only information we hold about you is what you choose to send us by email. The sections below explain that, and the two automatic exceptions that come with putting any page on the internet.
Who We Are
Gladych Business Consulting, LLC, doing business as Numenor Strategy, is a consulting firm in Newport Beach, California. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at info@numenorstrategy.com.
Information This Website Collects
None. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no scheduling tool, no account, and no chat widget. The site is static HTML. Its pages run no scripts of our own, and we set no cookies of any kind, including analytics cookies and advertising cookies. The home page carries one block of machine-readable data describing the firm, which search engines read and which does nothing else.
Server Logs
Our website is delivered by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare records technical details of each request, including your IP address, your browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These logs exist to deliver the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. As part of that protection, Cloudflare may set a strictly functional cookie or run a brief security check in your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic. Those measures come from Cloudflare, not from anything on our pages, and they are used only for security. We do not use any of this to identify you, we do not build profiles from it, and we have not enabled any analytics product that would report visitor behavior back to us.
Fonts
The site loads two typefaces, Cormorant and Outfit, from Google Fonts. This is the only external dependency the site has. When your browser retrieves those fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We receive nothing from Google in return, and no data about you is sent to us.
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation that follows. Our email runs on Google Workspace, which stores and processes those messages on our behalf.
We keep correspondence as long as it is useful to the relationship or required for our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Prior Contact Records
Before this website was rebuilt, Numenor Strategy operated registration pages and mailing lists for courses, workshops, and events. Contact records from those programs are still held in GoHighLevel, a customer relationship platform, and some individuals may still receive occasional email from us.
Nothing on the current website adds to those records. There is no form here and no connection between this site and that platform. If you are on that list and would like to be removed, use the unsubscribe link in any message from us or write to info@numenorstrategy.com, and we will remove you.
Service Providers
Three companies process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, and keeps the server logs described above
- Google Workspace hosts our email
- GoHighLevel holds the prior contact records described above
Google Fonts is a fourth Google service, described separately above, because it acts on your browser rather than on our behalf.
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not run advertising, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not participate in any advertising network. We disclose information only where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Your Choices
Write to info@numenorstrategy.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time and we do not charge for it.
Children
This website is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our email and the security features built into the platforms we use. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information by email before an engagement is in place.
Changes
If we add anything to this website that collects information, this policy changes first. Any revision is posted here with an updated date above.
